Vehicle must have clean Auto-Check Vehicle History report.

Service Member Criteria...
+Active Duty - E1 abd up.
+At least 18 years of age.
+Minimum of 90 days of current active duty service for Army, Navy, Marines and Coast Guard. Minimum of 60
days for Air Force.
+Must have U.S. or U.S. Territory driver's license.
+Copy of current LES.
+Disciplinary action: No E1, E2 loss of rank. E3 and above must have regained rank.
