THANK YOU again for giving me an extension in submitting my paperwork with Social Security. YES, I am now working for FREEDOM MOTORS in Wahiawa as an Independent Auto Sales Executive. I was paid $1000.00 on July 1st, 2011 and again on August 1st. 2011. These payments are considered DRAWs and will be subtracted from my commission checks. I have sold (4) four vehicles already and shared in the sale of  (2) two others. I am currently under an ON-THE-JOB training; learning the Dealership Computer System, Software and Format. I work an average of 12-14 hours per day, seven (7) days a week. I open the Dealership at 9 a.m. in the morning and stay until closing, which is 7 p.m. or longer.

I have instituted a new format with my customer-relations activities. Everyone who comes to the dealership, I send them a text message, thanking them for the visit. This new format keeps me and the company FRESH in their minds, at least for the short-haul. I have designed a new link process with TWITTER and CRAIGSLIST, which gives clients a complete listing of all the vehicles with pictures and their prices. I am performing this task religiously because TWITTER scrowls thru the timeline. It is nothing NEW since everyone walks around with a PalmPilot or an I-phone.  It is something Novue for the auto industry. I am again working more hours everyday to meet the demands of the business. The Manager here had a disagreement with the owner and he decided to QUIT. This forced me to OPEN and CLOSE the dealership everyday, meaning my responsibilities  have been increased to meet the new operating conditions of the company. Since my last correspondence with you, I have not had any day-off.

This rigorous schedule places a toll on my physical condition. I like it somewhat because it keeps me extremely busy with much exercise and mobility. I must plan-out my timeline though to give my body some rest or grace periods. This is very difficult in the Auto industry, particularly because of the deflated markets and economic depression. I find myself in a good situation however because I control the entire vehicle sale from the beginning to the end as I can either speed it up or slow it down.

My physical condition is marginal at best but I am beginning to experience some forgetfulness or Alzheimers. I have a family history of Alzheimers on my mother's side. My uncle Jose Fegurgur Munoz & Francisco Fegurgur Munoz both had severe cases of Alzheimers prior to their deaths. This is complicating my physical impairments, somewhat, as I am unable to function instinctively. This is one reason I chose to work for FREEDOM MOTORS so I could re-create and re-act the BASICS and the normal order of things in the auto industry.

My rate of pay is way lower than with McKenna......NET PAY. As an independent Auto Sales Executive, I get a 1099 from FREEDOM MOTORS. I pay GRT, Social Security, Insurances (Health & Life) and all...as an individual rather than in a group plan. But I am re-learning the Auto Industry from a management and finance perspective.
